Terry's subtle humour may he lost on some, but I find him quite amusing. He gave my friend and I a great deal on our cars. Gold star treatment from start with finish. Wesley wassn't half bad either ;) Everyone together they made a great team. This isn't my first time at Parkview and it won't be my last. Parkview BMW has met that standard and my personal experience with the dealership was very positive with absolutely no complaints. It has reaffirmed my perception of BMW's brand image as a t company that truly cares about its clients. Over the past week, I had the pleasure to work with the team at Parkview BMW, and I believe my positive experience there is much worth to be shared. Most notably, I want to thank Bilal Javed who is a dedicated, diligent, and experienced client advisor that managed to not only secure a fantastic deal on a brand new 540xi, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that every single aspect of the transaction was executed with high degree of professionalism and sophistication. The channel of communication was always transparent and available. I had no difficulty or any obstacles in finalizing the deal. In fact, the entire transaction process took less than a week, and I was extremely satisfied with it. The high degree of efficiency, care, and adaptability is something that have truly made my time with the dealership memorable. I would like to also recognize Sales Managers Wesley and Steve, as well as Business Manager Jason for their hard work. They have worked diligently and the deal was delivered with the utmost accuracy. They have also assisted us along the way to ensure the transaction was meticulously carried through. On the day of delivery (today), product genius Colin made it the occasion even more special for us. He patiently walked us through all of the new functionalities and features on the vehicle. He also took the initiative to go over the self-parking function of the car by taking us on a test drive. At the end of the day, what differentiates between car brands and specific dealerships is the overall experience that a customer receives from ordering to receiving the car. Whether it's a brand new or a preowned vehicle, Parkview BMW has the expertise and the right team to offer a sound and enjoyable journey for any customer with any need. Needless to say, I have switched over from another BMW dealership in the GTA, and this was my first purchase at Parkview BMW. I am confident that it is not an one-time transaction as I look forward to continuing the relationship with the dealership and celebrate many more years of good memories together.
