Vlad was also able to offer a trim not available at other dealership. Not only was I able to receive a competitive quote, but also “touch and feel” the exact trim I wanted. Even though vehicle wait time was substantial, I was willing to wait for the trim I wanted. Leo was also very professional offering different additional warranty options and fully understood when I had opted to decline them. It did feel like no pressure purchase. More
