He was so knowledgeable about all my questions and within an hour he sold me my new 2016 Cruze. I love it. Tim was also very efficient with all my questions. When I went in on Sat. to get my car I had to drop my rented car at Enterprise at Spruce Grove ,I texted Shawn when I got there and he came right away to get me. As well he had picked me up a coffee and he explained all about my car to me.While at the dealership I was shown all around and introduced to every department. They both made arrangements on my behalf to coordinate around my schedule making the vehicle purchase and pickup convenient for me. Shawn answered all my questions and even took the extra step to help install my children's carseats in my new vehicle at pickup.
