I have been dealing with this dealer for a decade or more and I can honestly say I do not even shop around any more. that is how much I trust and respect them. Wow, super quick response from Erin on a used vehicle that I inquired about online. Made arrangements to meet with her, drove the vehicle and made a deal. Sales person was very nice. However I will never do business with them again. They intentionally hid rust on hood with bug deflector as they glued it on right before I arrived. Bug deflector wasn’t on business with them again. They intentionally hid rust on hood with bug deflector as they glued it on right before I arrived. Bug deflector wasn’t on any pictures. I asked and even sales person appeared confused. I came home got inspection and decided to get a 1650 clear durashield at their sister site locally. The applicator called me and said he can’t put it on as after he removed the freshly glued bug deflector it’s all rusted underneath. As it was the last section to apply it still cost me the full amount. They added on an additional insurance that is entirely illegal without even asking if I wanted it. Manager said “we put that on all our vehicles” like that makes it okay. According to the Alberta Automotive council and in every province it is illegal!! They charged me an additional 700 for this insurance which covers vehicle theft?! That’s covered under my regular insurance for god sakes.. Shady practices and would never recommend doing business with them. I have an appointment with my lawyer this upcoming week. Extremely unethical car lot and I am taking them to task just on principal. More
