Excellent sales & service people at Parkview BMW I had purchased a BMW X5 from Parkview about 15 months ago based on recommendation by one of my good buddies (another Parkview X5 owner). Tommy Chan I had purchased a BMW X5 from Parkview about 15 months ago based on recommendation by one of my good buddies (another Parkview X5 owner). Tommy Chan was the salesman, an excellent guy and had done a great job in closing the deal. Service department had equally done a good job in reminding me to have engine oil change at around 10,000 km. My wife had passed her road test about 4 weeks ago and she likes to have a small size performance car. M240i is the right car which fits all her requirement perfectly! Unfortunately, they'd sold out 2017 M240i at Parkview. We were very disappointed because we have to wait at least 3 months time for a 2018 M240i. Tommy Chan did a marvelous job in allocating a 2017 M240i from BMW headquarter and completed the procurement. Needless to say that my wife and I are very happy with our 2017 M240i and we are, of course, very much appreciated with Tommy's great effort! More
