My appointment was set up without any hiccups, and they were very accommodating with my schedule. The car was very clean for my test drive, and Suzanne showed me the truck features in a very thorough way. I purchased the vehicle that same day, and she made the entire process hassle free - I did not feel any pressure or obligation, which was very nice. Janine in finance went through all the details of the sale and warranties smoothly and was very patient. Because I live in Toronto, I took the train in to pick up my truck. Suzanne even offered me a ride from the station. The truck was immaculate on arrival, and Suzanne made sure everything was up to snuff inside and out, and that I was totally satisfied. This was not a normal situation for us as we needed to make a purchase while my spouse was recovering from injuries suffered in the accident. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience from initial inquiry to delivery of the vehicle. All questions were answered quickly and efficiently, sometimes quicker than we thought possible. While I dealt with most of the details, staff were thoughtful and intentional in asking about my wife's recovery. They went above and beyond in terms of customer service to make things as easy as possible for my wife. Small gestures really do add up, especially during a time of high stress, and did not go unnoticed! Kudos also to the detailing team: our used vehicle looked like it was fresh from the factory when we picked it up! More

I think this be our one stop shop from now on whenever we want a new vehicle. The salespeople are fabulous - any that we have ever dealt with. This time we had the pleasure of working with Geordie (or he with us!). He was great - we did not feel pressured by Geordie in any way to make a purchase and he always wanted to make sure that we knew about the features of the vehicles that we looked at. It was a good to have a salesperson that we could joke with and who didn't belittle us if we didn't understand something. He was very thorough in discussing all the 'bells and whistles' of the vehicle we ended up with, even though we kept him late one evening to do it. We'll go back for Geordie's help again, that's for sure! Thank you, Geordie! More

Shawn our Sales Representative was professional, courteous and took the time to explain each step throughout our vehicle purchase. The time we walked in to the purchase of our first Toyota, Shawn ensured our needs and questions were answered. He took the time to explain our vehicle options and set up prior to our departure complete with follow up to see if we had further questions. I am in the business of customer service myself and Shawn and the Toyota Team are definitely focused on the customer experience. We will most certainly be repeat customers. Well done! Job done right After hearing some scraping noises from the right rear on a Thursday I thought that maybe the brakes needed looking after and made an appointment for After hearing some scraping noises from the right rear on a Thursday I thought that maybe the brakes needed looking after and made an appointment for service - because of busy schedule I couldn't get in before the weekend and since we needed the car I was worried this could be more serious than anticipated. Backing out of the driveway I heard a loud scraping noise. We needed the car on the weekend and to be on the safe side I took a chance and dropped in to the dealer on the Friday with no appointment. I explained to the service rep what I heard, and even though they looked quite busy the rep agreed to have a look at it to ease our minds about continuing to drive over the weekend. They took it out for a road test and checked underneath to discover it was just a shield scraping although they found the pads wearing really thin but still safe. Took it in on the Monday morning and the brakes were serviced to our satisfaction at reasonable cost with genuine Toyota parts. Now we can drive with peace of mind. Thanks Toyota. I had not planned on buying that day, On Monday May 7, 2018 I visited ToyotaTown to look closer at the 2018 Camry, get details, and have a test drive. I had not planned on buying that day, but rather, just get information to help in deciding what to buy. I met with Sean O'Grady who was superb as a rep! I found that Sean was really interested in providing me with information, and addressing questions as opposed to pressuring me to buy the car. He made me feel like a valued customer! I really appreciated Sean's professionalism, as if I get pressured, I will typically walk away, and go buy someplace else! As we worked thru the information, Sean not only addressed all the aspects of the vehicle, but also gave me various options on purchasing such as Pay Cash, Finance Option, or Lease Option! I had never leased as I prefer a cash option, and never thought I would lease, but when we reviewed the 3 options it became apparent that the Lease Option offered advantages! Eventually I met with Sean's Manager Janine who was also extremely informative and no sales pressure! The efforts and approach of these two Toyotatown representatives being so professional, resulted in me making a decision to buy the Camry LE that day! Thank you to both Sean and Janine for their assistance, and I fully recommend to anyone interested in buying a vehicle, to contact Sean and Janine if you want to be dealt with professionally!
