Professional and Great Customer Service Tuesday, October 4th had a service appt. and also to see about a new vehicle on Private Event after having leased a Rav 4 Limited Edition for 20 month Tuesday, October 4th had a service appt. and also to see about a new vehicle on Private Event after having leased a Rav 4 Limited Edition for 20 months. Amanda King was the Service Rep and top marks on the experience! As I was booked for regular maintenance - 2nd one with 10,500 kms, I also had some technical issues with my blind side indicators which I found out were because somehow I had shut off the indicator button...lol. I had to have a separate technician look at it. My car was washed and ready while I was talking to my Sales Rep Sylvie Donovan about a new vehicle. I am now going on my 4th Rav 4 but this one is the 2016 Hybrid!! The test drive was great! And I will be saving on my gas consumption yearly. This Rav 4 is loaded with additional technology that I did not have on the 2015 LE. I would highly recommend you to Sylvie. My dealings with her have been exceptional!
