I understand however there was information that not disclosed to him. If we cannot come to some sort of resolution to resolve this matter it will be escalated. The dealership withheld information about the vehicle that showed up in the diagnostic results. I’m good faith I would think any dealership would work at resolving this. This kind of service is disgusting
