Siddiq demonstrates the lost art of a good salesman. Erin Park Lexus as well provides an environment where being nice and positive is rewarded, rather than other dealerships that demonstrate an environment that requires you to be on your toes and cunning when it comes to trying to get a deal. As a loyal customer of Erin Park Toyota / Lexus Dealership since 2001, I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the recent experiences I've had with their service department. Over the years, I Dealership since 2001, I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the recent experiences I've had with their service department. Over the years, I have trusted this dealership with the maintenance of all my cars, but unfortunately, the quality of service has significantly deteriorated. During the winter season, I encountered a troubling situation regarding the storage and installation of my winter tires of my 2015 Lexus E300h. Despite informing the girl booking appointment several times that my tires were stored at the dealership, she denied having them. It took me finding and showing the receipt for them to acknowledge that they had my tires. This lack of attention to detail and failure to keep accurate records is really unacceptable. Another recent issue with my 2023 Lexus RX350H highlighted a disturbing trend of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction. The malfunctioning door sensors, which left the driver-side doors unable to open in below freezing temperatures, were identified as a manufacturing fault. An appointment was scheduled for February 3rd, 2024, to replace the faulty sensors along with regular maintenance and an oil change. I was assured that the necessary parts would be available by January 23rd, 2024. When I went for the appointment, the advisor said that they don't have the parts, I told them that I had confirmed with them, after some back and forth, they said they have the parts and took the car in. I was told it would take approximately 1.5 hours for everything, but it ended up lasting over 2.5 hours. Despite this extended timeframe, only the oil was changed as the replacement handles they received were defective. This oversight reflects a lack of diligence on the part of the service department, as they failed to verify the functionality of the parts before starting the repair, and them not keeping notes on appointment details. To make it worse, when driving my vehicle home, it started beeping, I come back to dealership. Came to know by service advisor that the dash cam was disengaged as policy but not activated prior handing over to me. Such oversights not only inconvenience customers but also raise concerns about the competency and attention to detail of the service technicians. Its been almost a month ,I never heard back from service or part department on the arrival of right part to replace door sensors. As a long-standing customer, I expected better from Erin Park Lexus Dealership. The repeated instances of negligence and incompetence have eroded my trust and confidence in their ability to provide satisfactory service. Despite my loyalty spanning over two decades, I am now forced to look for other options. It is my hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for the dealership to address and rectify these systemic issues to prevent further dissatisfaction among its clientele. More
