One can easily dismiss Stacey's actions for he is a co-owner. However, it takes special person to be able to deal with the public naturally and in a laid back manner. Sid's strength is his P.R. work. He knows and remembers his customers and that is the making of a successful Service Manager. It is a pity that the "shop" is located in a different building and hence unable to devote more time in the "front-shop", the only part of the service operation where the clients or in Lexus lingo "Guests" are in contact with. I have bought 5 cars (including a Toyota) from Siddiq and each time he has treated me without pressure, fairly and honestly. I told him that I expected him and the dealership to make money but not more than he would from his mother! I brought a friend to see Siddiq who was "interested" in buying a relatively lower end Toyota. The time and attention afforded by Siddiq to my friend who did not end up buying has to be commanded. It didn't matter whether one is potentially buying a Yaris or an LC, Siddiq will give one the same attention. More

As a product advisor, Siddiq has helped not just me but my friends too with buying a lexus and they all agree that he is simply phenomenal. As mentioned in other reviews, Siddiq takes pride in his customers and treats them like his family. He has this great talent in reading his customers and understanding their thought process. His ability to mould himself to a customer's interest is his biggest asset. He is straight forward when it comes to the number - absolutely no gimmicks and this is the best part. Customer satisfaction is paramount and it shows every time i have a conversation with him. My interactions at Ering Park Lexus has been mostly with Siddiq, Finance department and Service. Not only was Norman Karkada a very knowledgeable salesperson but he went out of his way to make sure he was available at any time for me. I was even able to discuss a few last minute items while he was at the airport waiting for his plane. Of course the rest of his staff was was ready to help me with anything. Chris, Mick and Alexis providing excellent customer service, and Siddiq was incredibly thorough and helpful on the day I came to pick up my vehicle. Little things like talking to us when we come in for servicing and providing my kids with the odd perk here and there everytime they visit.
