Worst Experience ever, very incompetent staff, poor service! Will never go back to that dealership, not only was the car sold defective, they would not take it back or even repair it properly. Took multiple ser Will never go back to that dealership, not only was the car sold defective, they would not take it back or even repair it properly. Took multiple service attempts just to swap a set of tires, and over 1 week in service, staff was unable to balance them and install properly. I went to another professional tire shop and they saw the workmanship from Erinwood Ford on my car's tires, they called it "art of butchery". Nevertheless the problem is still not resolved and car is shaking on the highway since new. The vehicle has a mechanical problem which the Erinwood Ford service staff was unable to figure out. Ford of Canada was contacted and are useless as well. Will never buy Ford again and would definitely stay clear of this place. More

Csutomer Service Excellence We have 3 fords in our family, 2 bought from Erinwood. 1 bought from London dealer, but originated from Erinwood. There was a problem 1 month after warranty expired, having gone through Ford Canada, then back to Erinwood we got connected to Shawn Moon. My husband had researched the issue and conveyed the problem. The apt was made and at that time any costs for correcting the issue. The problem was fixed and there was no charge. Additionally, my daughter was happy that she got a courtesy car for the time that it took to solve the problem (overnight). The problem was addressed very professionally and resolved at no cost to us. Needless to say, we are very happy with the customer service received by Shawn and his team. More

In 2013 I searched everywhere for the best deal on a 2013 Ford Mustang and I finally found it at Erinwood Ford, thanks to their sales person Victor Chacon, who was very knowledgeable on the car and professional as well. He treated me with respect, patience and kindness, traits you don't usually see in Auto sales people these days, who just want to make quick sale and never get in touch with you again, after your purchase. My Story- After undergoing a severe health risk- battle with cancer in 2011, my wife encouraged me to start looking for my dream car, a 2013 Ford Mustang. I searched everywhere, at dealers all over the GTA, even neighbours that actually worked at Ford dealerships and were aware of personal circumstance-eventually I finally found Erinwood Ford and got the best deal with Victor Charcon, one of their Top Sales advisors. 3 Years later, I still love my Mustang, and it has won awards at local Ford Mustang shows, but now I'm in the market for a 2016, and guess where I'm going and who I'm seeing - thats right Victor Chacon at Erinwood Ford. As for the service department, I don't think I have ever seen a more professional and efficient department. They have always got me in on time addressed any concerns I had and resolved them quickly, and had me on my way. Thanks to Shawn Moon and his team. Driving a rental for 7months now while paying for a bnc My story bargain in first week of June 2015 when my car got flooded booth it end of May took it to service they had no clue what to do with it. After 2 months they took it apart sealed it and spread with chemicals. I was told if they is a smells like the chemical they will try to get me a new car. That was back in September /October. So it was approved we were gonna get our car begining of November. It arrived after 4 weeks they told us the car have not all the things we payed for which was the moon roof. Middle of January we received a call from our sales person not from our service guy that we dealt with since June 2015 and left several messages that have been not answered stating the car now shoul arrive in the first week of February !!!!'SHOULD in big letters as we don't trust them one bit!!!!!!! We were gonna buy a f150 not any more worse experience ever with ford!!! N More
