Mr. Zabihinia, We are sorry to hear that you had an issue. We apologize that there was a mix up in your booking regarding the recall. After investigation, it was found that the operator didn't book the correct recall for you-which was our mistake. We apologize that it wasted your time. We recognize that time is a valuable resource. We will be addressing this with our call centre that took the call and performed their inquiry incorrectly. The parts for your recall are not available until Q2-Q3 of this year. We will be adding you to a priority list to have this recall completed. Shawn our Service Manager will be contacting you to advise when parts are in, to have this rectified for you. As a courtesy we will extend an Oil Change and Tire Rotation OR a wheel alignment complimentary as a way to show you that we value your time and patronage. Please arrange this with Shawn directly at 905-828-1600 ext 1241.
