Shawn was very helpful in supporting me in replacing my Toyota Camry XLE V6 with a new Rav4 Limited, and also helping me navigate the insurance claims process with my car being written off because of the accident. With my concussion and injuries, Shawn was efficient, organized, and always well-prepared for our meetings to make the buying experience quick, smooth, and as stress-free as possible.
