My Chrysler Town and Country vehicle purchase From my start looking on the Internet to my drive home yesterday supremely pleased with my purchase and how I was treated. As a lady walking into a de From my start looking on the Internet to my drive home yesterday supremely pleased with my purchase and how I was treated. As a lady walking into a dealership I felt like I was listened to and accommodated regardless of the questions I asked and the things I wanted the dealership to do to give me a good comfort level with this purchase. Since I have moved to the north west from east of Scarborough recently I did not have my mechanic here (Lucas Automotive) to assist me by taking a vehicle to him. I therefore I had to rely on the assistance of the dealership. When I asked to have the vehicle on the hoist to check out the undercarriage they did not falter. This led to a negotiation of undercoating. They cleaned and certified it, which is normal. They also repaired the backup camera, a small repair on the rear seat and as the summer tire tread is low and winter is coming I was also able to negotiate new snow tires with rims installed at an excellent price as well. The driver side headlight had water condensation on the inside so they have ordered a new light. There was no manual and on my way home there was a flashing warning light that appeared on the dash. One of the service technicians advised me that with the factory tires there are sensors but on the new snows there aren't so the light was just an indicator of that. So no worries. It is not the vehicle I initially set my heart on nor is it a color I would have chosen, but so far I am more than pleased with it. I look forward to my first trip to see the grandkids this weekend and take us all to see the Santa Claus parade in Owen Sound in my Deep Cherry Red Crystal Pearl, Chrysler, Town & Country Touring, stow & go. Red is my grandkids favorite color so I am sure I will be cool Nanny to them. I don't have all the names of people who assisted but I thank them all, thanks Shari and Blue Mountain Chrysler, I hope the good relationship continues. More
