Trading Up Once Again I have dealt with a few different Ford dealerships (I would only buy a Ford), and this dealership by far is the best one out there. Sandra seen my on the lot and asked me what I was looking for. I told her they didn't have what I needed, and she proved me wrong right away. She led me to the car I wanted and it was perfect. She sold me on the car without pushing me, and left me to go home and think about it, but also invited me to take a test drive. I brought the wife in to look and drive it, and we were hooked. Sandra encouraged us to look at all the upsides to making the trade, but never made us feel like it was going to make or break her career....No pressure sales lady. She's very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, and a bubbly personality. Once we made up our minds, the rest of the process was painless and easy. Sandra made the whole deal a pleasure. We traded 2 vehicles in on a beautiful 2016 Mustang GT Premium Coupe. The very pleasant and helpful Bernadette helped with a lot of questions and a little string pulling. Matthew made all the numbers work with financing, and Chris made the final steps of the mountain of paperwork seem like a small hill. We have dealt with this dealership many times when it was Ken Evans, and a couple times as Island Ford. Every time makes us sure that we don't want or need to deal anywhere else. We have worked with some sales people who are no longer here in the past, as well as working with Chris Tarala when he was a salesman, Bernadette Scudder, Edie Lange, Bryan Flynn, and countless others in the background I'm sure. They are all a pleasure to work with. I must also add that through all the different vehicles we have had, the limited number of times we have needed service or warranty, it has always gone smooth, with no problems. Service department is equally friendly and helpful. Bottom line here is that this dealership goes above and beyond to make you happy, and make your buying experience easy and painless. I haven't met anyone at this dealership who isn't willing to go above and beyond. Go ahead and shop with confidence here that you are in good hands and will be treated fairly. More

First Brand New Car! I bought my first car, a used Ford Fiesta, from this dealership (back when it was Ken Evans Ford). When I felt like I was beginning to outgrow my smal I bought my first car, a used Ford Fiesta, from this dealership (back when it was Ken Evans Ford). When I felt like I was beginning to outgrow my small car I went back to Island Ford to find a car that would better fit my lifestyle. Sandra had sold my parents a truck a couple years earlier, and when they told me about how much they liked her I knew exactly which person to ask for! I told Sandra what I was looking for in a car, a bigger, upgraded hatchback, and my budget and she was able to find me a brand new 2015 Ford Focus with monthly payments that would work for me. I got a great offer for my trade-in Ford Fiesta too! I couldn't be happier with my new car. With my budget, I never thought that I would be able to own a brand-new car but they really made it work for me. I love my ford focus, but if I ever do find myself outgrowing this new car I know that I will go back to Island Ford to find my next one. Highly recommend this dealership and Sandra. We scheduled a test drive in Duncan even though we live in Victoria as the dealership was rated so well and they did not disappoint. From Devann booking the trucks we wanted to test, to Sandra taking us out for a test drive and answering all our questions. Once we made our decision Sandra and Bryan worked hard to get us the best deal possible with Bryan coming up with some innovative ways to save every dollar we could. Even after the sale we noticed a small problem with the fog lamps and again the whole team including Deanna in the service dept made sure the problem was taken care of quickly. I would definitely recommend coming here to anyone searching for a vehicle. More

We parked and were greeted by Sandra Jurcic and the rest was an excellent experience from start to completion of a deal. Sandra showed us a few cars that we would be interested in and helped guide us to a selection. From then on the wheels were put in motion. Sandra stands out as a "sales lady" who knows her stuff, very good product knowledge, no waffling about and very personable. Bryan was great in explaining the deal to us and helping close it to our satisfaction. Chris was very professional and thorough in explaining the financial end. Sandra was bubbly and a pleasure to deal with. I certainly would want to deal with Sandra again. Was the BEST experience I've ever had at a car dealership, will go again and recommend this dealership to anyone interested in "HAVING FUN" purchasing a vehicle. More

In 2013, again I delt with Sandra as I felt comfortable working with her, she found what I was looking for and was able to sit me into the seat for the ride I was looking for! 2015, I was called by another sales person about coming onto the site and getting a price for a trade in and I mentioned that I had dealings with Sandra before and would like to continue, he said no problem, I will let her know!
