Edie Lange, who we have dealt with on all our Ford purchases, epitomizes what it means to make a customer feel at ease when dealing with the financial aspects associated with purchasing a vehicle. Island Ford is indeed fortunate having her in their employee. While we did not have much exposure to Bryan Flynn we found him to be a very pleasant fellow who gave us a reasonable deal on both the trade-in and sale of the car we purchased. (We were buying a used vehicle) He kept to his word and we were exstatic with the way he handled our purchase. Our sales associate Sandra, took her time with us and we never felt pressured at all. Her goal was to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I would highly recommend Sandra as a sales associate, she was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the whole experience enjoyable. A big kudo's to Dan and Edie as well. Everything flowed easily for us and all the staff were remarkable. A fabulous team for sure! I had gone with the intention of test-driving one car (and not even buying that day) but ended up buying a newer, more expensive one there and then, because the deal was good and the financing was affordable. Sandra and the other staff were helpful throughout and I didn't feel like I was rushed at all. There were a couple of cosmetic issues that were quickly sorted out by the store and I love my new car. More
