Inside the interactive style continued when introduced to the remaining members of the Nakonechny team, Dennis and Mona. As a team, Ryan, Dennis and Mona wove in and out of the interaction ensuring as customers, we were never left unattended and that all questions were answered as they came to mind. We received sound advice and an exceptional level of service from the team from our initial meeting to a follow up phone call after our purchase. An example of exceptional service was to locate the vehicle we were looking for with option package and colour preference and to arrange a dealership exchange to meet our specifications. We also had the pleasure of meeting with Chad Barabonoff who too provided a great deal of advice and shared his considerable knowledge with protectant and warranty products. We saw the Ford Edge in the Regina LeaderPost and checked it out online. My husband went to view the Edge and Ryan was helpful and answered all his questions. Mona and Ryan gave us a good orientation and quickly got us connected to OnStar and Bluetooth. There were a couple of small issues but they were dealt with quickly and withour hassle. We never felt pressure to make a deal or to agree to something that we didn't feel comfortable with. We were treated with consideration and respect.
