I purchased a truck here a month ago, I met Ben on the lot and told him what i was looking for, within five minutes he said he had the perfect truck for me. After taking it for a short test drive I knew it was the right choice. We went inside to discuss the numbers where I met both Dennis and Mona. Dennis got me the best deal I could have asked for. After which I met Jazz for financing, since I'm very young and had limited credit I had to come back to finalize everything and met matt. I've been back a couple times since and met the rest of the team Ben works with. These people care a lot about what they do, and do everything they can to ensure I'm happy, always offer coffee, tea, or water when I'm in. I couldn't ask for better service from this dealership. I will recommend them to everyone I know, and can only assume that if they hire these types of people the entire store is highly recommended. I look forward to seeing them all again when i come in for service, and will be back for a new truck. Thanks guys, you're all awesome!!! More

This is my second purchase from Ryan this year -- and he is just excellent to deal with. He is honest & wants you to be completely satisfied with the vehicle. It's unfortunate that both vehicles I've purchased have had issues missed on the vehile inspection at Capital, which has caused me a fair amount of inconvenience. Ryan and the other Sales staff rely on their technicians to have performed thorough inspections & so far I don't have much faith in that process at Capital. Ryan was not trying to sell me a vehicle he was trying to provide me with the answers to all of my specific questions. He listened to what I had to say and was honest about his opinions. I spent a total of 6 hours at the dealership and originally had intended on just gathering information to formulate an opinion on what I should be purchasing. Ryan provided all the necessary information and spent the entire time with me on 2 test drives in vehicles that I was interested in. The test drives were what convinced me which vehicle I should be purchasing. I hadn't purchased a new vehicle in 25 years so this was an extremely big step for me. Ryan was patient and understanding and never pressured me at all which I appreciated. I intended to leave the dealership with information and nothing more, but when I sat in the 2013 Buick Lacrosse I felt that it ("the car") wanted me to purchased it. It felt right. I talked with the financing department and also my banker to make sure that everything was OK and then dealt with Dennis N. and Jona to finalize the deal. I thought for sure that I would have "butterflies" in my stomach and buyers "remorse", but to this day I know it was the right decision and also had assurances from friends and family that I had made the right decision. If I had the money I would go back and purchase the vehicles that I left behind, but right now that isn't a reality (maybe someday). More

I bought my used Dodge Ram 1500 off of Ryan, was a very genuine guy and was professional and courteous in how he treated myself and my wife.
