Helpful Welcoming Atmosphere I was shopping for a Toyota Tacoma and visited numerous dealerships for quotes. I visited Toyota Town was greeted by Jackie – she was friendly, very attentive and helpful. Gwen Jones seemed genuinely interested in helping me find what I wanted, rather than being focused on making a quick sale. She went out of her way to assist. While waiting for Gwen, Justin stepped in to help me arrange a test drive home to ensure the Tacoma truck would fit into my garage. Rita Dalal was patient and informative going over the warranty and protection options available for my new Tacoma. Toyota Town has a great team that makes customers feel respected and valued. When it came time to replace my 17 year old car I knew Toyotatown was the place to go. I was helped by Brian Williams who was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I chose a 2015 Yaris and Brian was prompt on the delivery date, helped me on the trade in for my old car and made sure I received information on the financing.. On delivery, he even set up my phone with the Bluetooth system. As always I am impressed with Toyotatown and many thanks to Brian Williams for his help. More

I didn't feel the slightest bit of pressure to buy and he answered all of my questions to the best of his ability. He explained my Corolla inside and out to me and made sure I understood everything. Rita was my finace agent. She was very knowledgable and gave me the best possible deal she could. Both were incredibly personable and had great senses of humour. I had a great experience and would 100% recommend Toyota Town. More
