Upfront, no nonsense vibe. Ken Yates was friendly and straightforward to deal with. Was not too "salesy" at all. I knew what I wanted and he didn't screw around. Toyotatown gave me solid value for my trade in to get the overall deal done...appreciate that! On the other hand, Rita in finance was too pushy. She tried to sell me warranties and car protection I did not want and was too persistent even after I stated I did not want it...got a bad vibe. She even stated, "its only $20 per month more" when talking about Toyotatown's finance rate vs. my bank. $20 per month more over 60 months is $1200 in my pocket....an easy obvious choice. It seemed like she did not get the obvious-ness on this fact. Overall, a very good experience ay ToyotaTown. More

Gwen Jones seemed genuinely interested in helping me find what I wanted, rather than being focused on making a quick sale. She went out of her way to assist. While waiting for Gwen, Justin stepped in to help me arrange a test drive home to ensure the Tacoma truck would fit into my garage. Rita Dalal was patient and informative going over the warranty and protection options available for my new Tacoma. Toyota Town has a great team that makes customers feel respected and valued. When it came time to replace my 17 year old car I knew Toyotatown was the place to go. I was helped by Brian Williams who was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I chose a 2015 Yaris and Brian was prompt on the delivery date, helped me on the trade in for my old car and made sure I received information on the financing.. On delivery, he even set up my phone with the Bluetooth system. As always I am impressed with Toyotatown and many thanks to Brian Williams for his help. More
