The search for a new truck brought me back to Toyota Town where I had previously purchased our Rav4. The service and follow up from this dealership brought me back for my next brought me back to Toyota Town where I had previously purchased our Rav4. I was welcomed immediately by my previous sales representative Sean OGrady when he recognized that I'd entered the sales area. After talking about the Rav and how we liked it we began to discuss the different models of trucks available. I had seen that a new 2018 model was shown in stock on their web site so we discussed the difference in vehicles between a 2018 and 2019. I was surprised that Toyota Canada was offering a discount if you paid cash for the 2018, this made me decide to purchase this vehicle. The sales manager Brian Komar had called around to his wholesalers trying to get me the best possible price for my trade, as it turned out it was close to the number I had in mind and the deal was signed. Delivery was set up for the following week and we picked up the vehicle after a full explanation of all the features, service, etc. No surprises, would definitely recommend this dealership. More

I feel that he went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had all the information and answers to make our decision. When we came to pickup the Rav4 (of course we bought it) we were amazed on how fantastic both the inside and outside looked. We felt like family with the level of care that was taken to detail the Rav4 and how they went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the touch-up paint job on the hatch. I wanted to thank David, Rita and Stephanie for making our experience buying the Rav4 a great one, this was probably the best customer service I've ever had.
