I initially went to North London Toyota and had an awful, subpar experience with sales when I viewed their RAV 4. Thankfully here at Toyotatown, I was helped by Gwen Jones who was very professional, extremel subpar experience with sales when I viewed their RAV 4. It was also very pleasant dealing with Rita from Finance. Both ladies were amazing and had a great, positive attitude. Most importantly, I appreciated that all the costs of the vehicle were presented in a clear manner, which was sorely lacking in my experiences with other dealerships. I highly recommend Gwen if you are looking to purchase a car! More

Gwen and Rita were both friendly, informative, helpful, and respectful of my time. They answered all my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. Although when I need to move a little faster during my vehicle pick up, they were totally accommodating, but made sure I was given all the necessary paperwork and information. Gwen took me out to my new vehicle and helped me input my phone and went over all the buttons. I loved that! I would deal with both of them again. The dealership had sanitzer at the front door and I was greeted promptly on my visits there. This is my first experience at this dealership and I would definitely go back and recommend it to other. I love my 2017 Rav4! More
