The reason I made my final decision to purchase from a dealership 1 hour drive away..... was because of Rick Watson !! Sales professionals seem to forget!!! Your clients don't do this everyday... This was very emotional purchase for me and he handled it with class, Rick was so calm through the process... Even the day before delivery Rick sent me a message, he said...don't worry ...it'll all work out...His confidence I trusted and he was so right!!! Thanks to Rick and the team at Lexus of London. I needed the NX to be delivered before Christmas!! as it was a surprise for my wife!! as our local dealership told us we would have to wait 4 months.
