Honest and valuable advice My husband and I spoke with Rick about ending our leasing options with another brand of vehicle in order to get a new one that would adapt to our need My husband and I spoke with Rick about ending our leasing options with another brand of vehicle in order to get a new one that would adapt to our needs. As much as I know Rick wanted to help us get into a vehicle on the Lexus lot he was honest with us about the money we would lose if we broke our lease early. He gave us more information in 30 minutes than we got from the dealership that has our current lease. Even though that information pointed us in the direction of staying with our current vehicle for the next few months, Rick presented it openly and honestly and gave us a path forward that we could be confident in. We will certainly be visiting Rick and the team again when our lease is up. As a side note, we tend to go through vehicles quickly and have purchased new, purchased used and leased. I have never had a better experience than I did at Lexus of London, and I'm not even a customer (yet). What a stellar team of professionals, it's clear they operate with the highest level of integrity and respect. More

We were greeted upon arrival at the dealership by very friendly staff who asked us how they could help us. Our sales person Rick Watson was very helpful, he had a casual, professional approach ( no sales pressure -which was great!!) and he helped us determine our vehicle needs and answered all of our questions. He ensured we test drove our vehicle before purchasing and thoroughly reviewed all of the vehicles features with us. Rick also ensured a smooth transition to the business services manager (Kylie) and ensured we had a time booked that worked for us to receive our new vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership to pick up our vehicle Rick ensured we were introduced to all of the key people to accommodate our future servicing needs and he made sure the vehicle was professionally detailed and ready for delivery. Andy in parts did a great job at sourcing a winter wheel package that we liked and the wheel package complimented the looks of the vehicle. Also thanks to Kylie for help with the extended warranty and Lauren for explaining all of the detailed features of the vehicle at delivery. Romeo in service also answered a few extra detailed questions we had and ensured we understood how service will accommodate our future needs. Looking forward to our first vehicle servicing.
