I was pleasantly surprised at the Lexus dealership when shopping for a used vehicle for the first time. Their used vehicle stock was very competitively priced. The salesman I worked with was Rick Watson who was very patient answering all my many questions. I was impressed with his extensive knowledge on the used vehicle brands they had in stock, and how competitively priced they were. The sales department works as a team for the customer. Rick was even willing to come in on his day off and stay after closing hours if I needed the accommodation. When I was on the Lexus website very early in the morning and had some questions, he even came on line to answer. This dealership is a highly invitational place. I have a purchasing process that serves me well b/c it equips me with complete knowledge about vehicles under consideration before I take a decision. Rick Watson clearly understood this approach and showed a level of product knowledge and patience that was second to none that I have experienced. I was particularly impressed with how thoroughly Rick sought out answers to question after question that I presented to him. He engaged other Lexus team members to provide information in their areas of specialty when appropriate and remained in constant communication with me as the process unfolded. From among nine luxury SUV makes and models that were under consideration this year, I was able to confidently choose the RX350 as my daily driver for the next 5-6 years. If the level of maintenance service during this time matches the sales experience, it's a "slam dunk" that this Lexus dealership will be part of that process too. More
