I called Ted Affanasiev on the road with truck related question and like always found the right answers. Upon our return home Ted knowing we want to upgrade our current trailer did his research on the 5th Wheels weight and truck bed weight and came up with a great option to not only fit our needs but comfort level. He presented a 2015 F-250 with the towing power we asked for in a Lariat 6.7 Powerstroke, as we have never owned a Diesel Ted answered a lot of questions. Ted took our offer and came back with an outstanding deal that maximized our return on our F-150. Hard to believe we have purchased 5 brand new vehicles from Ted in the past four years. Landau and now the new Capital Ford have been outstanding from Ted Affanasiev in sales, Andre giving us the best deal possible, Cathy in finance and of course Reg in the services department, thank you for not only treating us with respect during the sales process but the after sales service we receive and helping us learn the most we can with our new Vehicle. More

Great buying experience We weren't sure but we both knew it was time to trade in our 2012 Ford Focus Titanium, this would be our fourth Vehicle previous from Landau Ford firs We weren't sure but we both knew it was time to trade in our 2012 Ford Focus Titanium, this would be our fourth Vehicle previous from Landau Ford first time dealing with Capital Ford. Once again calling the Yoda of Vehicles ( Ted Afanasiev ) explaining we wanted to step up to a SUV, Ted put together some vehicles based on our wants, we looked at the 2015 lineup of Escape, Edge then Explorer but wasn't quite what we were thinking, then Ted showed us the 2015 Lincoln MKC it was a little wider but not to bulky it was roomy, it had the essentials we wanted Nav, Leather and just the right amount of Bling. Taking it for a test drive sold the deal. The purchasing process Ted came back with a fantastic deal not only on the MKC but the trade in Value on our Focus. Ted just seems to go that extra mile, as Andre came to congratulate us on our New Lincoln MKC, we could see his defeated look as we had just negotiated a great vehicle, he changed to a smile welcoming us once again to the Capital Ford Family. We then we to Cathy in Finance to seal the deal, she not only was extremely professional, but knew how to make the whole process as pleasant as possible.
