Great Experience We purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKX from Ted Afanasiev. It was our second MKX from this dealership (although it had changed hands since we bought our 2011 We purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKX from Ted Afanasiev. It was our second MKX from this dealership (although it had changed hands since we bought our 2011). Ted couldn't have been better. He was extremely knowledgeable about the MKX (he owns one) and helped us through the buying process. He's extremely affable and made us feel that we were his only priority whenever we periodically spoke with him as we waited for delivery. We did experience a problem soon after we took delivery. While we were disappointed we know that sometimes these things happen. Our view is that it's not the problem that defines the experience, it's the service-provider's response to the problem that defines how we feel about what happened. In our situation, we couldn't have been happier with how it was handled by Ted, Cathy Brown, and Rej Bremaud. They all stepped up (on a Saturday!). More
