The 2016 528 xDrive served us great those years as we took it to them (Parkview BMW) for general maintenance. We decided that we needed an upgrade and saw their 2018 M550; it had the spec we wanted and was the lowest mileage and highest optioned in the market. I called Nikolas Kois, who assisted us with the 528 before, and he set up a meeting the next afternoon. The deal was too great to not accept, I mean he welcomed us in to the dealership with the keys to the car! Moreover, we got great value for our trade-in, the 16’ 528. I want to thank my advisor Nikolas Kois, sales managers Adam Agiviev and Lambri Ratchev, and business manager Samantha Chow for making the process so smooth. Lastly, I would also like to thank product genius Raul Alexa for showing me the tech in the car. We’re always going to be coming back to Nick and his team for the next upgrade, they’re just like us, passionate towards BMW and that’s why we’re family.
