This was our first time dealing with Western, and we were very impressed with all facets of the business. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Two thumbs way up! Dan Bass went over and above for very impressed with all facets of the business. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Two thumbs way up! Dan Bass went over and above for us in trying to get the truck we were looking for. With the challenges of the chip shortage, Dan worked extremely hard and was able to secure a truck that met all our needs. There are not enough stars to rate the top notch service we received from Dan! Thank you for all your efforts Dan! . More
