Courtesy/Peter Review. I have purchased two vehicles for Courtesy Ford, with my sales person being Peter Rousom. The dealership itself is friendly, with attentive staff. I have purchased two vehicles for Courtesy Ford, with my sales person being Peter Rousom. The dealership itself is friendly, with attentive staff. Peter has worked with me for about 2.5 years now, and has been around to answer any questions that I might have.He saw me into a Ford Focus previous to the vehicle that I have now, which is a Ford Escape. Peter has always had my best interests in mind and is easy to talk to. He worked with Courtesy to get me a good deal on a vehicle that I would be proud of, and both came through. Peter knows his stuff! My eventual goal is to get into a truck, and I hope that Peter can be the sales person to make that happen. I have also dealt with Matt Armstrong, and he has been friendly and helped me out with questions that I have had and has been a big help with selecting options for my Escape that I am putting in after the purchase. It is a shame that there is only a rating of five stars, there should be a bonus star to make the rating 6/5. But never the less, great experience! More
