She gave us plenty of time to look at the models, and even took us to a nearby dealership in their group, to see additional models. When it came to deciding between two used vans, she helped us to understand the pros and cons of each vehicle. The other people we worked with in then dealership were all polite and helpful, including the service department, who made sure that they checked out the van we bought carefully and did all necessary work to give us a vehicle in top working order. An excellent experience, and a wonderful contrast to the high pressure salespeople we encountered at other dealerships. More

She even did a walk through with me in and out of the car. She helped me set up my Bluetooth hands free phone, which I had nooo idea how to do (driver of a 10yr old vehicle without technology here haha) Pauline was just really helpful and I am so grateful for everything!
