I texted the contact info about a car asking quesitons an RVR. it was a sunday night and Jose texted back within minutes. To the point I had to ask him if he was a AI bot or soemthing being my work related f RVR. it was a sunday night and Jose texted back within minutes. To the point I had to ask him if he was a AI bot or soemthing being my work related field. I orignally headed that way as my Neighbor helps the dealer out with Electircal installs. He said there were a bunch of RVRs on the lot. Long story short I went down and met Jose. First thing I said was I am not here to get a car. Just looking to be very up front and clear of my intents. Not only did Jose not pressue me on anything he was always courtous when I was being an ADHD child, and looking at all the vechilcles, he was patient as well. Although I did not find an RVR I was happy with due to some issues with the carfax reports. Open and honest Jose was with each unit. Showing and suggesting what may have happened or just straight up here is the info on this vechice. I ened up turning my sights to a ford escape. Not only was it in a nice colour it was in great shape and pretty much what i wanted and needed. I said lets work on some numbers. We met with Nav, I was asked for a deposit but I doth protesetd and we were able to get past that with my reluctents to just walk out with a car. Once met with Nav for the financial part it was a breeze. Got me a rate I was happy with, no pressure, and full disclosure and straght shooter with upper management written all over him for the future. Checked with the Wife, agreed on the price and the car. Over all everyone I met from day one to the completion of me diriving out the door and home I felt like it was friends helping me out. So very comfortable and professional, yet the ease of a friends place. Kudos to all the staff and Joese especially really went beyond and kept me informed of the steps and the process. Crown Auto sucks! They didnt eveb pay any attention. FYI. Thanks Again everyone. I will be recomending your dealership to all my friends and family to check out if they are in the market for a new nissan or a gently used unit. More
