We live over 3hrs away from the city initially were apprehensive on even purchasing a vehicle this far away and honestly was not looking forward to driving around the city to all the dealerships to find that right vehicle but luckily my first stop was McPhillips Nissan and right off the bat Jose seemed very genuine and my first thoughts were even if the right vehicle wasn’t available today I could trust Jose to find it. The Manager was engaging and very personable as well & Nav from finance was great to deal with. The day we picked up the vehicle the whole gang there treated us fantastic. You can tell integrity is a value that is fostered in this dealership, hat’s off. Typically I’m not one to right reviews at all but these days when you witness this kind of customer service I think it’s important. More
