Restored my faith in the KIA brand I had a horrendous experience buying my Sorrento last year at 401 Dixie KIA but I really love my car, so much that I was willing to go through the who I had a horrendous experience buying my Sorrento last year at 401 Dixie KIA but I really love my car, so much that I was willing to go through the whole sales process to purchase another KIA. I had no second thoughts at all in choosing this dealership because of the exceptional service they provided me when getting service for my Sorrento. The dealership is very friendly and honest. You could tell that the staff want to be there, unlike other dealerships I've gone to for service. As I waited for service, I roamed around the floor to look at the new models. I never felt pushed to purchase a vehicle *ever* and the sales people are available for any questions without breathing down your neck. My husband and I decided to purchase a Forte so he started the process of communicating through email with Michael. Unfortunately, we had an unexpected early arrival of our newborn baby, it delayed the process of purchasing this new vehicle. However, we never felt pressure to buy. When we finally had the time to get into the dealership to test drive the car, we met Kelly. Kelly is absolutely super. She has, what I wish every sales person has, the patience and knowledge to best represent the KIA brand. She asked us right away what we were looking for and offered to let us test drive two Forte models. I was impressed that she let us take the car for a ride ourselves. She made the buying process so seamless. When we went to pick up the car, she even took the time to put our home in the navigation unit. She explained in detail every line on the paperwork and every feature in the car. I will not hesitate at all to work with her again when we upgrade this to the Optima. I feel that working with Michael and Trent we were given an exceptional deal. My husband and I are very happy with our purchase and for establishing a good relationship with a dealership. Thank you Lockwood KIA for restoring my faith in KIA dealerships, we will continue to return to your dealership for all our services and will gladly recommend you to our family and friends. More

Great expereince Was looking for a used car because my car had been written off, I had a very good experience at Kia. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, I didn't go to any other dealership to look at cars. I found exactly what I was looking for at Kia and for a great price. They had the car ready for me within two days so I was able to return my rental car and pick up my new car. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More

At Lockwood they took the time to explain in detail, different features of the car and options available to suit my needs. I was never pressured to "buy today" . A very well informed and welcoming staff. No armtwisting; just solid information, fully answered questions, and a painless..actually pleasant...selling and financing process. They were extremely sensitive to our needs, clearly loved what they were doing, and took greatly assure in making us happy. And that is how we left. A terrific experience. More
