I subsequently did further research on other vehicles and decided that the Escape was what I wanted; we sat down, listed the types of vehicles in priority and luckily found a candidate on their lot. He offered me a test drive and then we negotiated a deal that was satisfactory. Very happy with the experience and delivery. PS I don't understand why you ask me if I would recommend that a friend/relative would "work" at a car dealership. That's an inappropriate question given I'm evaluating your dealership and service. One doesn't visit ANY business and evaluate them on whether I/or any family member should work there; that's really a stupid slant on customer/business relationships. My rating on this question should not reflect on the personnel I enjoyed dealing with at Erinwood. More

Would Never Buy Anywhere Else Ever Again! I called in to Erinwood Ford Thursday night after being lied to by another dealership that said they could get the Mustang I wanted.
