He goes above and beyond as a sales rep and if required will give the shirt off his back to ensure customer satisfaction. I think the most astonishing part is that usually once the sale is sealed and the vehicle is handed over the relationship ends with the sales rep and starts with the service rep but not in Martin's case if needed the relationship remains forever as long as you are driving. It was a custom order 2016 Ford Fiesta ST, with every option possible in it. Took longer than expected but is a total blast to drive around. The whole team is incredible, but Martin is outstanding. If you need anything at all, don't be afraid to ask. I will be back in a few years for another car, and I'm loving the sweet ride I got You will too! More
