I asked Martin to price out many different versions of the F150; he was timely in his responses, professional and NEVER pressuring. Each time I'd email or call, Martin remained respectful and positive. He would always say "I'm here for you when you're ready!" Can't honestly say I've experienced this level of quality in any of my previous vehicle purchases. Last week Martin put me into the F150 I wanted. No hard sell, no hidden costs or surprises. It was worth the drive!! After having not so great service at our local dealership we decided to go to the best and after reading many reviews we picked Martin Menzies at Erin After having not so great service at our local dealership we decided to go to the best and after reading many reviews we picked Martin Menzies at Erinwood Ford. It was almost 2 hours away from our home but to me service matters. So I emailed Martin let him know we were coming that evening and he quickly replied saying he was looking forward to meeting with us, this was the first email of many that were quickly answered. When we got there that night we realized that Martin had waited for us even though his shift was over and it was his birthday! Martin took his time with us showing us many options in our price range, we felt like we were his friends not his customers. The entire team and overall vibe at Erinwood Ford was just amazing! We love our new 2016 Ford F-150 Supercrew!!! More

Whenever there is a issue, I always had someone there to help me. When I found out Erinwood Ford was going to sponsor my son for youth basketball, I was so grateful. My son watches Space Jam a lot and now one of his idols is Michael Jordan! He was estatic to hear he gets to now play just like MK!
