New Ford Escape - 2017 I have been a Ford guy for the last 13 years. I would always and have already referred a couple of my friends to buy a Ford as long as it is Martin who is looking after you, you can never go wrong. Martin is a person you can fully rely on in terms of knowledge of the product and assisting you for a smooth after sales as well. He goes above and beyond as a sales rep and if required will give the shirt off his back to ensure customer satisfaction. I think the most astonishing part is that usually once the sale is sealed and the vehicle is handed over the relationship ends with the sales rep and starts with the service rep but not in Martin's case if needed the relationship remains forever as long as you are driving. More
