Buy your car from Martin I rolled my 2015 Fusion over to a 2019 Edge. Martin Menzies helped to make that happen. He is a gentleman and the complete opposite of any stereotypical car dealership. He remembered myself and my family (aside from our newest member) from the original purchase. He was responsive to what we were looking for and worked for a couple days to find us exactly what we wanted for a price that fit. I will continue to work with Martin for all future purchases and would recommend him for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. He has a really nice 2015 Fusion available right now. Salesman doing more than sales..WHAT A SURPRISE! Came in for an oil change on my 2018 Ford Fusion..gave my key to Peter. Talked with Martin..mentioned that i was having issues with some drifting, and Came in for an oil change on my 2018 Ford Fusion..gave my key to Peter. Talked with Martin..mentioned that i was having issues with some drifting, and also wanted to know if i could disable my reminder horn. Martin took it upon himself to make sure he helped with some things we talked about. He was sure we couldn't disable the reminder horn. He connected me with Barry to check on the tires/alignment and the horn..and i got some great help! Barry was quick and excellent!! He immediately told me No on the reminder horn (fine) and looked at my tires, telling me that i was getting sliding/drifting because of the wear on my tires..and would need to replace them soon. All of that, and i got out of there in like just over 1h!! Great work..that helped me get on with my day! Martin REALLY took care of me! Connecting me with Barry helped me feel more confident with my Fusion going forward More

This day however I was different, I me 2 years ago I walked into Erinwood Ford after visiting many other dealerships including other Ford dealerships. This day however I was different, I met Martin Menzies! He wasn't just a sales rep, he was human, genuine and sincere. I don't usually trust people right away but he was soo genuine he made it easy! That day I bought my 1st ever brand new truck (ford explorer sport). Everyday I love my truck more and more. Over the last 2 years I would take my baby in to get serviced. I got the pleasure of meeting Gillian in service. And once again I made a friend. Every time I walk in or even just go to visit, I feel like I'm visiting family.
