Best Dealer Experience I've Ever Had! This was hands down the best experience I've ever had. I had gone in on the weekend with hopes to trade in my Jeep Grand Cherokee and get a new vehicl This was hands down the best experience I've ever had. I had gone in on the weekend with hopes to trade in my Jeep Grand Cherokee and get a new vehicle with lower payments since I will be going back to school. I test drove the Trax, but it wasn't the vehicle for me. Then I test drove the Equinox and fell in love with it! We went in to talk numbers and I was asked what I wanted my payments to be around. I said 2-300 a month. Once I realized that wasn't possible, I got upset and left. After thinking about it for about an hour, I realized that for the Equinox, I wasn't being realistic at all. I went back Monday and test drove it again and I decided that this was definitely the vehicle I wanted. Then I found out that Justin came in on Sunday while they were closed just to try and get my payments down- he did 75$ a month! I was sold. And so impressed! Everyone there was so kind and understanding with me. I never once felt like I was pressured into buying a vehicle. I came back on Tuesday and my Equinox was ready to go! This was literally the most stress free and easy experience I've ever ever had. From the moment I walked into the doors to test drive on Saturday to financing to driving home my 2017 Equinox on Tuesday.. I couldn't ask for better. Thank you Justin, Vince, Josh, and Manita for all of your hard work in getting me into a great vehicle. It is very much appreciated! More
