Sean Simon greeted me as I walked into the showroom. He listened to what I wanted and was able to meet my budget. I came back to the dealership and ordered my new car, a few days later. It was nice to have a salesmen not be pushy or aggressive, to be straight up and honest. Manita in Finance was amazing to deal with. She explained and made sure I understood everything I was signing. Everyone that I came into contact at the dealership was friendly and willing to go out of their way to make sure my experience was amazing. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. More

Best experience ever in a dealership We came to Lakewood after talking with another dealership on the purchase of a new car. The other dealership was not willing to move on the price as We came to Lakewood after talking with another dealership on the purchase of a new car. The other dealership was not willing to move on the price as much as we had hoped, so we came to Lakewood. We told our story to the sales rep and told him what we wanted and what we were willing to spend. We were a few thousand apart on the deal and we knew it. We were open and honest and they were too. In the end, they came up and we came down. No high pressure sales or back and forth with management. They dealt straight with us and didn't play any games. We has a lot of respect for dealerships that do that. When we took delivery of the car they were so helpful and seemed very happy that we were pleased. I have never felt so at home and at ease when buying a vehicle. I would recommend Lakewood to all my friends and family. They are a super group of people. More
