He was patient, and simply amazing. This experience was so unlike the few others I have had to endure in other places (none of them Ford). As Lukasaz was working the numbers, I was trying to figure if I could afford the monthly payment and Raj came up and together they said they got the numbers wrong and the new numbers were less than the one I was working with. I wouldn't have been any wiser had they not come up on their own, but they did and that is why I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to them ALWAYS. The finance department was also so friendly and prompt. I sent the documents to them and they processed them within hours. In fact I remember them calling despite one of them (and I am sorry I cannot recollect the name) while on a holiday/break. I mean just think about it - honest, going out of the way to ensure prompt processing, no xxxxxxxx, simple, smiling, friendly and delightful. And the car itself is amazing and I absolutely love it. Could a new immigrant ask for a more friendlier welcome to this fantastic country? Erinwood Ford - you have set such a high benchmark it is practically impossible for anyone else to beat. And a friend of mine is coming soon and he will need a car and I promise to bring him to you. Thank you Lukasaz and team for such a wonderful experience and card. More

Great experience! I had started my hunt to slowly replace my F150 with something newer. After looking at many other brands, I decided to stay with Ford as I have alway I had started my hunt to slowly replace my F150 with something newer. After looking at many other brands, I decided to stay with Ford as I have always had a dependable vehicle from them and having purchased 2 other vehicles from Erinwood Ford in the past. I was quickly greeted by Lukasz who was able to assist me through all my questions, and put together a package for a new F150 that would suit my needs. No pressure to purchase, which allowed me to calmly make a decision. Once I had made the decision to go through with the purchase, Robyn was very helpful in getting the appropriate financing in place that worked for my budget and was able to even find a few accessories that also fit into my budget.
