Average at best No one met me in the show room on the first visit, after 20 minutes I just left. Second visit I already had a vehicle in mind, I was not greeted for the second time in the show room. After 15 minutes I approached the service desk to have a sales rep paged to meet me. After 20 minutes I was met. I bought the truck I wanted. On the day of delivery, financing was incorrect. Had to rewrite the contract while I waited. I opened the hood and found that there was a squirrel nest encasing the battery. Don't know what kind of pre delivery inspection misses that...I called two months later to have some warranty issues addressed, there is no record of me purchasing the truck at Erinwood Ford. I had to convince the service rep that I bought it there... made the appointment... not keeping my hopes up for a good servicing experience... More

Let’s just get that out of the way - despite OMVIC, despite UCDA, despite the MVDA. Got too much to say, so we’ll try to keep this “brief.” Now, onto my personal experience at Erinwood Ford: This is the first dealer I’ve ever come across who is not all talk when it comes to “No Pressure” sales tactics. The staff here truly does not pressure you, and this is very refreshing. You do this, yes, your customer may not purchase that day. But guaranteed, if they’re truly in the market, they will return. Customers may forget what you say. But they will remember how you made them feel. If you pressure them, and they remember how that feels, say goodbye to the business. Second, the transparency in the advertising of the price. Nowhere else have I seen on a dealer website - Ford dealer or otherwise - a line-by-line layout of what constitutes to the price of the vehicle, in a great, simple and customized way. Freight, Air Tax or Exise, Erinwood Savings and Ford Savings - all there. You add the tax and the license fee for your tags. The font is also large, and I know this is by design. And it’s clear, and it’s upfront. I’m watching these details. Only little “hiccup” I noticed here is a price for a Mustang GT350R in stock - the listed “MSRP” on the aforementioned price layout is higher than the actual for the VIN and what the window sticker lists it. Small oversight perhaps. Markup may be in there, for the FP vehicle, if it is though, do not put it as the “MSRP.” We’ll let that one pass. Summary: other dealers, you’re doing it wrong - take a look at Erinwood Ford. Third, when you want to come down here, you need to see Lukasz. Great experience. You also need to see Nick P.; Adam - didn’t forget about you either - a bunch of great guys. The working environment and tone is set from the top. Principal, GM, SM - didnt get to chat with you, but I would have liked to. Appreciate the way you are doing things here at Erinwood. If you’ve been to other dealers and have been unsatisfied in terms of the sales experience, and are buying a Ford, try Erinwood. Chances are, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. More
