Service for 2014 Santa Fe XL on Aug. 18/16 & Sept. 02/16 Our Service Consultant was Kevin Friesen, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the results of the service report and recom Our Service Consultant was Kevin Friesen, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the results of the service report and recommended future service work when required. The vehicle was completely serviced including the break system and a new windshield was installed. The breaks are now 100%, however the windshield had some air noise so a new windshield was installed September 02/16. The whole service staff was very accommodating and truly worked to achieve customer satisfaction. Thank you Kevin, Lori and sevice staff at Grande Prairie Hyundia. More

Feels Like Family at GP Hyundai From the first time I walked into the doors at Grande Prairie Hyundai the staff has made me feel, not only welcome, but appreciated! I was valued as a From the first time I walked into the doors at Grande Prairie Hyundai the staff has made me feel, not only welcome, but appreciated! I was valued as a person first, and a customer second. They heard my needs and strove to accommodate while treating me fairly with my trade-in. As I brought my vehicle in for servicing over the past few years I was greeted by the staff as though I was family. Of course this is where I would go when I wanted to trade-in again.. it felt like coming home. Will, Meagan, Kati, Lori and Kevin, they all got to know me by name, and they've taken such good care of me that I trust them completely! Already I've passed Kati's name along to family and friends and I always encourage people to bring their automotive needs to Grande Prairie Hyundai. More

Fantastic Service Originally I came into Hyundai with car problems on my Elantra created by another garage company. Will and his wonderful staff got me into a new Santa Originally I came into Hyundai with car problems on my Elantra created by another garage company. Will and his wonderful staff got me into a new Santa Fe at an affordable price. A year later, I came back to trade the Santa Fe for a more full loaded version of itself. Will got me into the car of my dreams, and his service staff has their patience with my many questions. I recommend this place to everyone I talk to :) More

Meaghan has helped me over the past few years get into a vehicle of my choice every time with the help of Britt and Will. My credit score isn't the best, so they worked around it and now have me driving the car of my dreams. Not only are the enthusiastic salesmen easy to deal with, but their Service and Parts department are on a next level. Vicky, Lori and Alyssa always remember my name and always make sure I have a shuttle to and from my destinations if my car is booked in. They send me detailed summarys of what is being changed on my vehicle, why it's being changed and how much everything cost. These ladies have incredible knowledge of each vehicle ensure that I understand what's going on with my service. Once again, i couldn't be happier with the level of respect from everybody at GP Hyundai. They treat their customers like family, but also on a professional level with no secrets or hidden costs... Lack of respect and care I have experienced some of the worst service of my life recently. This service department promised calls back and never called more than once about th I have experienced some of the worst service of my life recently. This service department promised calls back and never called more than once about the same issue. Never answered questions always stepped around a direct answer. Claimed they did work on my vehicle and I was charged for it when in reality t was never completed. It was over 3 months to get an honest answer from their service writer. I would never ever recommend their service department. Very unprofessional and have never left a place feeling as disrespected and mistreated as this facility. More
