I dont know what you talking. I brought in my car with a specific problem of noise! As specialist you were supposed to tell me what was doing that noise. Which you didnt! Is what you call excellent service ?On next day i had to call you 2 times and even came there my self to learn that you were no doing anything on my car! Is what you call an excellent CS? If you have told me the first day i could plan otherwise. Your r communication on 2nd day was not professional at all. You should trll right away what was going on instead of waiting me to call you. Your action has make me missong my planbed trip on that vehicle and has push me paiy emergency air ticket to meet my obligation in Montreal. So dont call it again excellent CS please. Thanks
