Everyone at the dealership was welcoming and warm and was doing their level best to make a comfortable buying experience during COVID-19. We initially came in to test drive a 230i Cabriolet, but just weren't sold on the lack of features in it. Behind Chris' desk was a beautiful z4 that we just fell in love with. We called Chris a few days later and came in to test drive the Z4, him and Lambri offered us a great deal on the car. We really appreciated that Chris and Lambri weren't pushy at all, and gave us space to make our decision. Chris walked us through all the features of the car, and his enthusiasm about the vehicle was a huge selling point for us. Thanks for all your help Chris, Lambri and Edwin. More

Great service. Responsive. Virtual. Safe. Professional. Everything was great. I bought an X3 from the Parkview Team about a year ago - from Bobby specifically. I walked into the dealership and he gave me white-glove and personal service through entire process. I could not have asked for more. And now... one year later... we live in a different environment with COVID. I wanted to do a trade in, to a newer/different model. I took a chance, texted Bobby and BAM! He responded right away. I didn't expect that as I assumed everyone would be not available during these crazy times. Not only did he respond quickly but he started by asking how my family was. Very kind. But then we got right to business. I explained what I wanted to do. He immediately sent me links to various cars that might be of interest. We texted back and forth some questions, he answered promptly and thoroughly. And then... a decision needed to be made. But how? We are all quarantined to our homes! He had someone do a video of the car I am interested in! Inside, outside, under and over. It was like I was right there with them. Then he took care of all the details with only one document being sent to me for signature. Scanned it back and next thing you know he is texting me telling me my car is ready for pick up! Hard to believe. I literally drove up to the dealership door today, parked my existing car. Handed over my keys, took the new keys, watched the lovely Lambri (thank you! you were lovely as well) screw on my license plates, and drove away. Unbelievable. Amazing service. Thank you so very much. Kudos to the entire Parkview BMW team for making it all so easy. And safe. Well done. More
