Charbel answered all of my initial questions and I test drove the vehicle. After the test drive Charbel explained all of the many features of the vehicle. Throughout the purchasing process Charbel quickly responded to any of my emails. Katrina & Kristina efficiently guided me through the paperwork. On the day of the delivery the car was immaculate and Charbel demonstrated the vehicle systems and paired my iPhone. Charbel also directed me to a YouTube video that shows how to pair the garage door opener. Overall a professional and efficient automobile purchasing experience. More

Last week, I experienced some normal (but costly) maintenance issues with my B200 at an unfortunate time for me. Lori treated me with honest empathy as I struggled through my repair-vs-trade decisions. I was issued a loaner vehicle for 1 1/2 wks throughout my transition from B200 owner to GLA leaser. Jeff had the patience of a saint, never playing the hard-sell game, and eventually guiding me to the best decision for my particular situation... leasing. He took his time to explain all my options and worked out the numbers on each scenario (there were several!). I feel my final decision was a very well-informed one. Kristina is such a breath of fresh air. I have a mental block when it comes to finances & form-filling, and leasing was an entirely new hurdle for me! Kristina's warm, cheerful demeanor made the experience painless (and it actually made sense to me!). I left her office feeling as though I had made a new friend. (I made my trade payoff to the dealer and MB London in return was suppose to payoff MB Financial, this did not work!! - don't recommend to do this, you'll end up hours on the phone tracing money and having a lien on a car you no longer own if they "forget" the payout...)
