I went in to see Karim about 8 months ago for a trade in. Both Karim and Goldie made suggestions to assist me with my upgrade. What stands out is the CUSTOMER SERVICE. ABOVE AND BEYOND! They did not push to sell, rather they listened to what was important for me. Awesome job! Great atmosphere and above all my needs were met with great customer service. To brag.. I even got my stardom moment when I picked up my car, very unexpected but a nice surprise. Kudos GMC and a million and one thanks Karim, Goldie and Shiela!! More
