She promised to look into my request and give me a call on Monday . As promised 1:46pm. had something that I might wish to test. By 2:30pm I was at the dealership and test driving the 2023 Kicks. By 3:00 I was buying the car. Just picked it up today Aug. 3rd at 10:00am. Joslyn Smith was a lovely person to buy from. Kalei Murri made sure that all the t's were crossed and the i's dotted with the paperwork for Insurance. Very nice experience. More

From the moment I contacted St. Catharines Nissan, Dave White immediately responded to my inquiry and provided me with a cost breakdown. He passed my information on to the Financial Services Manager, Kalei Murri, and she was more than willing to communicate with me and schedule me in the same week to complete the buyout. From my initial contact with St. Catharines Nissan, to the date of the buyout, was only four days. From the service department, finance department, and the management team, it was a pleasant experience and welcoming environment within the dealership. Their response, willingness to accommodate my request, and competitive price, certainly made the experience a pleasant one and the drive to St. Catharines definitely worth it. I'm loyal to Nissan dealerships for my scheduled maintenance, but I've had some bad experiences in the past. St. Catharines Nissan felt a lot different and I just wish I lived closer to St. Catharines so that I could use them on a regular basis. More
