Wesley got involved as we were closing, and we appreciated how he was very matter of fact, conceded on 'easy wins' and focused in on the key points of negotiation. The dealership could use some diversity, especially from a gender perspective, which would help female customers feel more comfortable. They may not be the primary buyer, but they definitely influence the purchase process. Overall a premium experience! More
