From my initial contact with Jennifer Peaker, to my service dealings with Juan Orozco, to paying for the work done and picking up my car with the help of Kristi-Anne Horvat, I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and courtesy throughout. Although my Equinox remained recalcitrant and somewhat inscrutable, Budd's managed to fix the issues that were identifiable and to do a complete service. I was very pleased with their efforts, and they will now be my dealer repair service of choice. More
