Jon was everything that we wanted in a sales associate. He was honest, kind, and went above and beyond to find the right vehicle for us. He didn't try to up sell us something that was way out of our budge He was honest, kind, and went above and beyond to find the right vehicle for us. He didn't try to up sell us something that was way out of our budget and only showed us vehicles he thought would work well for our family. He also discouraged us from looking at vehicles he thought weren't right for us. He really took the time to get to know what we were looking for and found the perfect vehicle for us. He was always keeping in touch to let us know when the vehicle was ready to test drive and when it was ready for us to bring home. Overall our experience was exceptional and we will definitely refer friends and family to Capital Ford, and will come back again when we are ready for our next vehicle. Darcy was our contact for the work we were having done on our old van. He knew that we wanted it in good shape for when we pass it along to a family member. He let us know the areas that we needed to fix, and areas that may need to be looked at in the future. He was very professional and courteous. We will absolutely bring our vehicles back to be serviced at the service department again. More

By far, the best experience in vehicle purchase I have ever had. I am so impressed. Wow. Definately see you guys in the future for the next deal. I had a BAD experince at Nissan.they had sold me a 2013 vehicle Marano.the salesman told me it was FULLY loaded with heated & cooling seating which he knew I really wanted.when Icouldn't find how the cooli vehicle Marano.the salesman told me it was FULLY loaded with heated & cooling seating which he knew I really wanted.when Icouldn't find how the cooling seats worked I called the salesman and he then informed me that it didn't come with cooling seats.Nissan would do nothing to compensate me for their sales person s mistake.I went over to Capital Ford and the experience was totally unbelieveable.They were very freindly & proffesional& most important I'm driving a limited edtion 2013 Lincoln I love it & it has heated & cooling seats.NISSAN should maybe take some lessons from these people.Thanks so much Jonathan.
